Ordering
1. How to place an order on Ziwi.co.nz?
To place and order just follow the steps below and if you have any problems just give us a call (0800 55 55 84):
1. Either use the search bar to find the product you want or follow the category on the left hand side.
2. If you find a product you want just click the add to cart button at the bottom of the page.
3. To proceed click the "Checkout" button underneath your items or if you want to keep shopping your click "Continue Shopping"
4. If this is your first time on Ziwi.co.nz click the blue "Continue" button on the left hand side.
5. Fill in your details to register as a member of Ziwi.co.nz.
6. Enter your payment methods and delivery address etc. into the boxes provided.
7. Please make sure you click the 'Confirm Order' button to complete your order.
Easy as that! :)

2. How can I pay?
You can pay for your orders using Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque and Paypal.
The following credit cards are accepted on Ziwi.co.nz:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Diners Club
3. Can I get a GST Receipt?
Printing your own GST Receipt is easy. Just login to your account and click on your order or send us and email and we will email one back.
4. Is it safe to send my credit card details over the internet?
Security is very important to us at Ziwi.co.nz.
All private information sent via this website is encrypted and we don't store and credit card details online.
We also use the services of Hackersafe (www.scanalert.com) that checks our website everyday for security threats.

Shipping and Delivery
1. How much does postage cost?
We have a flat rate of $3.95 on all orders shipping to a New Zealand address.
If your order totals more than $40 shipping will be free!!
2. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We sure can! :)
Returns
1. My order was damaged during shipping
We try our best to package all orders to prevent damage but occasionally it does happen. We can replace all orders that have been damaged.
If this happens please contact us.
2. Can I return an item?
You can return most items for a full refund less postage. If items are not in a resalable condition you may be charged a re-stocking fee.
We will refund your payment via the same method you used to make the payment or give you store credit.
